Domaine Servin Chablis 2009

White wine from the appellation of Chablis, Burgundy, France produced by Domaine Servin.
Chablis is perhaps one of the most famous wine regions in France, and the wines from here have set a standard for how a dry, fresh chardonnay wine should taste. The combination of calcareous soil and cool climate offers unique opportunities for producing elegant and aromatic wines, perfect with seafood and most fish dishes.
Domaine Servin Cablis is clear straw yellow with a hint of green. Fresh aromas of green apple, citrus and minerals. Dry, very fresh, floral and fruity flavor with hints of grapefruit, minerals and green apple. Goes well with fish dishes, seafood (like oysters) and white meat. Serve at 12˚C.
